6.7 Setting up the scan head

Requirement

The laser beam is set up correctly; see also the abort criterion above.

6.7.1 Adjusting the optional attenuator

Procedure

1. If your scan head does not have an attenuator then proceed with the next

procedure.

2. Only if your scan head has an attenuator and/or a polarization unit that are

not

motorized then remove this side panel to access the attenuator and polarization
unit later on:
