Testing Glucose: QC/Linearity/Proficiency/Blood Samples

This section describes how to run QC (Quality Control),

Linearity Solution, Proficiency Solution, and blood samples.

Testing a Glucose Quality Control Solution

1. Insert a glucose test strip into the meter. All seg-

ments of the screen will display for 2 seconds. Then

a flashing blood drop will display.

NOTE:

If strip is removed

before the test

starts or is not used

for over 2 minutes,

the screen will go

blank.
