SERVICE PROCEDURE:

Assembly

(Rolling Spiral Basket & Spring

Cage Roller)

1. Although the rear attachment differs from one to the other,

the installation in the following steps are the same with

the exception of the length of the bolt.

2. Apply grease to the

Hub

spindle with multi purpose

grease before assembling the

Hub

to the

Spring

Roller Weldment D

and secure with the

1/2”-13 X 7”

Bolt B

and

1/2”-13 Nylock Nut

. Repeat for the

other side.

(See Fig. # 5-63)

3. Position Spring Roller assembly parallel to machine as

shown.
