almanac

The compilation of satellite identification and orbital data used 
by a GPS receiver.

baud rate

The speed at which data is output from the 2201—normally set 
to 9600 baud. 

BDM

Beacon DeModulator (a receiver for differential correction 
signals).

beacon

A radio transmitter operated by the U.S. Coast Guard that 
supplies differential corrections to GPS receivers.

Carrier to Noise Density Ratio.
