Compass Return Information

For returning a defective compass use the following address only:

Please contact the Sperry Marine Service at [email protected]
to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before
returning defective units.
Please address the type no. of the compass and information regarding
probable cause of malfunction when returning a defective compass.

You can use the Sperry Marine SPEX (Spare Parts Exchange) program to
get a reconditioned item for quick exchange of a defective JUPITER
magnetic compass.
