Assembly Instructions

Step 11b

(1109 and 1114 models only)

Tighten Idle Control Bolts to 20 lb-ft
with a wrench

Step 12

Thread the Return Line Fitting into the
hydraulic tank (Finger tight plus turn 1½
to 3 additional turns) and position the
hose barb up as shown

Step 13

Remove plugs from the (3) ports.

Thread the Small Swivel Fittings into
ports marked “A” and “B” on the Control
Valve.

Thread Hose Barb Fitting into Port
marked OUT on the Control Valve.

Tighten the Swivel Fittings and Hose
barb fitting finger tight and Orient the
Fittings as shown, Tighten the Nuts into
Control Valve with a Wrench to 44-54
lb-ft.
