Profiles - User profile settings

Sounds - Downloaded tones or audio alerts

Languages - Downloaded language files

System file - IP Phone’s system configuration file (Deleting this file
returns the phone to the factory default configuration settings.

You may need to delete some or all of these files. This is often necessary
when the phone re-deploys to a different user.

To delete User Data files, press the

Services

fixed key or the

Context-sensitive soft key, select

Erase User Data

from the menu. You need to enter your login password to access the File
Manager menu.
