Norstar Voice Mail Security Key Code Installation Guide
Verifying the Security Key Code requested
Before you call the Norstar Key Code Access Line, verify the type of Security Key
Code you are enabling. For example, the Authorization Number on the Norstar
Voice Mail Security Key Code Information Sheet will look like:
In the example above,
00000000
is the Authorization Number and
AMIS
is the type of
Security Key Code to be enabled. In this example, you would be enabling
Norstar Voice Mail AMIS.
Determining your internal Norstar Voice Mail system serial number
Each Norstar Voice Mail system is identified by a unique internal serial number.
You must have this number written down on the
"Security Key Code Upgrade
Information Sheet"
on page 9 before you call for your Security Key Code.
To view the internal serial number:
