Changing the system password

To change the Business Secure Router administrator password:.

From the main menu, enter 23 to display

Menu 23 – System Security

Enter 1 to display

Menu 23.1 – System Security – Change Password

Type your existing system password in the

Old Password

field, and press

[ENTER]

Type your new system password in the

New Password

field (up to 30

characters), and press

[ENTER]

Retype your new system password in the

Retype to confirm

field for

confirmation and press

[ENTER]

Note that as you type a password, the screen displays an asterisk * for each
character you type.

SNMP Configuration

Use this menu to configure SNMP-related parameters.

System Security

Use this menu to change your password and enable

network user authentication.

System Maintenance

From displaying system status to uploading firmware,

this menu provides comprehensive system

maintenance.

Schedule Setup

Use this menu to schedule outgoing calls.
