3. ADDITIONAL / SHIELD GROUNDIN G:
The Tonearm Cable + is uniquely designed with individually
shielded left and right channels, arranged in a twisted pair
configuration before being wrapped in an additional layer of
shielding to completely eliminate EMI and RFI. In order to ground
this shielding, Nordost has provided two Detachable Ground
Wires with every Tonearm Cable +. These supplementary wires
allow you to use the cable’s shield as an additional ground loop
prevention.
Each unique system, with its own combination of components
and connectors, has its own ideal grounding configuration.
