Configuring Using the GUI

Nokia IP71 User Guide

Copy the Certificate Request and submit it to a certificate authority. 
The authority generates certificate. You can use the certificate to provide 
a secure access to the IP71.

Select Install CA Certificate in the Certificate Options.

6.

Copy the certificate generated by the Certificate Authority in the Server 
Certificate text field.

7.

Copy the RSA Private Key (generated by the Certificate Tool) in the 
Private Key text field.

8.

Enter Passphrase (the same as what you enter in the Certificate Tool 
below). 

9.

Click Submit.

Managing Through Nokia Horizon Manager

You can access and manage the IP71 remotely using Nokia Horizon Manager 
(NHM). 
NHM identifies a device with the help of the IP address. However, the IP71 
uses dynamic WAN IP where an IP address is issued to the device. In order for 
NHM to identify the IP71, use a Host ID.

Note

Nokia Horizon Manager v1.2 SP2 supports IP71 v2.0 NG.

To access Nokia Horizon Manager settings, click Manage > NHM.
