Forward messages

You can forward messages by using the following steps:

While viewing a message, select

Options > Forward

Enter the forwarding address.

To copy the message to others, select

Options > Add Cc

. Enter all Cc e-mail addresses

in the

field, and press

Options

. To add Bcc addresses (if this capability has not been

disabled by the network administrator), select

Add Bcc

. Enter all Bcc e-mail addresses.

When you have added addresses for all the recipients, press

Edit the message, if necessary, and press

Send

Delete messages

When you delete BlackBerry e-mail messages using your phone, the messages are deleted
from the phone, not from the e-mail server.

You can delete messages from your phone by using the following steps:

Select

Menu > Messages > BlackBerry

Open the folder, highlight the message you want to delete, and select

Options >

Delete message

To delete all the messages in a folder, select

Menu > Messages > BlackBerry >

Delete messages.

Select the folder and confirm the deletion.
