Date separator
—Select the separator (period, slash, hyphen, or space) for the date
that is displayed in the start screen.
Time format
—Select
12-hour
or
24-hour
.
Week starts
—Select the first day of the week (Saturday, Sunday, or Monday). This
selection affects both the month view and the week view.
Auto-delete
—Set the phone to delete calendar notes automatically after a day, a
week, or a month, or to never delete notes. Even if you set the phone for automatic
deletion, repeating notes such as birthdays are not deleted.
Go to a date

In either the month view or the week view, select
Options > Go to date
.

Enter the date (for example, 01/05/2004), and select
OK
.
The month or week view appears in the display with the jump date highlighted.
Make a calendar note
You can choose from five types of notes:
Meeting
,
Call
,
Birthday
,
Memo
, and
Reminder
. Your phone asks for further information depending on which note you
choose. You can also set an alarm for any note.

Go to the date for which you want to make a note, and select
Options >
Make
a note
and one of the following:

Enter the information requested by the prompts.
Meeting
prompts you to enter a subject, a location, and a start and
end time. You can then set an alarm, with or without an alarm tone.
Call
prompts you to enter a phone number, a name, and the time. You
can then set an alarm, with or without an alarm tone.
Birthday
prompts you to enter the person’s name, and year of birth.
You can then set an alarm, with or without an alarm tone.
Memo
prompts you to enter a subject and a start and end date. You
can then set an alarm, with or without an alarm tone.
Reminder
prompts you to enter the subject you wish to be reminded
about. You can then set an alarm, with or without an alarm tone.
