Installing and Replacing

Network Interface Cards

The Nokia 500s appliance may come with one of the network interface cards
(NICs) you ordered already installed. All NICs installed in the 500s appliance
are housed in a 6U PMC carrier. Network interface cards in the 6U PMC
carrier are hot swappable.
The 500s appliance supports the following NICs:

Four-port and dual-port 10/100 Ethernet

Dual-port fiber-optic Gigabit Ethernet

Dual-port copper Gigabit Ethernet
