Tip: You can use predictive text input to make text input easier and
quicker. See "Using Predictive Text" on page 58.
Receiving Calendar Alerts
There are several ways your PCS Phone alerts you of scheduled events:

By playing an alert tone
䊳
By illuminating the backlight
䊳
By flashing a message on your phone’s display screen
Whether your phone is on or off, if you have an event alarm
scheduled, your phone alerts you and displays the following options:

Press
View
to display the event’s time, date, description,
alarm, and repeating status.
䊳
Press
Exit
to clear the alarm and return to the standby mode.
Viewing Events and Event Options
To view your scheduled events:
1.
From the
Organizer
menu, scroll to
Calendar,
and press
Select
.
2.
Scroll to the day you wish to view and press
Options
.
3. Scroll to View day and press Select .
4.
To modify this note, press
Options
, scroll to
Edit,
press
Select
, and follow the prompts.
5.
Press to return to standby mode.
