the message EMPTY will appear.

If you want to check the name stored with the number,
press ALPHA . (If no name was stored with the number,
the display will be blank). Press ALPHA again to return to
the number display.

Call the number by pressing SEND . (You can place
your call with the number or the name displayed).

Press ALPHA .

Key in the name you want to recall (see “Keying in
Names’’, page 12 ).

Press RCL . The name, and the memory location
number it is stored in, will appear on the display.

If you want to check the phone number, press ALPHA

Note: If you enter a name that does not exist in memory,
the display will read NOT FOUND.

To scan the entire memory, press

If you have just recalled a memory location by number,

RCL,0,2 ), the phone will start scanning from that
memory location.

When you find the number you want, press SEND to
make the call.
