With  the  machine  turned  off  and  the  cardan 
uncoupled,  check  the  belt  deflection  each  50 
working hours or weekly, pressing it with the thumb, 
throught the hole (1) of the rear shield (2).

Recommended play

1,0 to 2,0 cm

Belt tensioning

a)

 Loosen the four bolts (3), using a wrench and 

turn the nut (4) clockwise.

b)

  Then,  after  adjusting  the  proper  tension  re-

tighten the bolts (3).

Note:

Check the general conditions of the belt and in case it presents excessive wear 
and/or shredding, replace it.

Besides,  that,  keep  it  always  clean  and  free  from  grease  and  oil,  because  such 
products are harmful to the belts, causing premature deterioration.
