21. CLEAR THE PASSWORD AND RESTART THE PHONE
• Make sure the phone is on off status.
• Press the power button and button at the same time and hold on.
• Press the button to select the [Recovery Mode] selection, then press
volume- to confirm it.
• Press the power on/off button.
• Press the button to select the [wipe data/factory reset] selection then press the
volume-- button to confirm it.
• Press the button to select the [yes –delete all user data] selection, press the
volume- button to confirm it.
• As it completed, the phone will start to clear the data.
• Press volume- button to select the [reboot system now] selection, the phone will be restart.
• Congratulate you have cleared the phone’s data successfully!
