How to remove or insert a battery
To insert a battery…

Connect the charger to appropriate power outlet
before
inserting battery.
Insert the battery pack by sliding the battery into the charger cradle,
ensuring the contacts meet and make a ‘click’ noise.
The red light will be continuously lit indicating that the charging process has
started and is in progress.
