Troubleshooting
If the no!no! will not turn on:

Make sure it is
charged
.
>
Press and hold
the On/Off Button
for a few seconds until the Status
Screen appears.
If MicroMassage will not turn on:
>
Make sure no!no! is
unplugged
before you begin use. The device
will not work with a MicroMassage
while it is plugged in.
>
Make sure your finger is
in
contact
with the Touch Sensor
Plate and the Massage Plate is
in contact
with your skin.
>
Make sure that the MicroMassage
is
inserted properly
.
>
Turn your no!no! device
Off and
then On
again.
>
Make sure to remove the plastic
cap and protective film stating
“Remove Before Use” on the
Touch Sensor Plate before using
the attachment. The protective
film must be removed in order for
MicroMassage to work properly.
