2.3. Connection
Connect “SH300” in the following procedure. (See
“1.2. Names of the parts”.)
(1) Check that the illuminated power switch (SW1) of the “SH300” is turned off.
(2) Connect the plug of the “Power cable with a plug” of the “SH300” to the 3P receptacle (CN SH) of the
Vibratory Track Screw Feeder “FF/FM503H”. (Refer to
the “Vibratory Track Screw Feeder
FF/FM503H Instruction Manual” as necessary.)

2.4. Power-on
Turn on the “SH300” in the following procedure. (Refer to
“l.2. Names of the parts” and “2.3.
Connection”.)
(1) First, check that the power to the “FF/FM503H” main unit is supplied and the power switch is turned
on. (For more information, refer to “Vibratory Track Screw Feeder FF/FM503H-E Instruction
Manual”.)
(2) When the illuminated power switch (SW1) is turned on, the LED lights up and the hopper rotates.
(3) Adjust the detection point of the proximity switch to detect hopper stoppage as necessary. When this
proximity switch is turned on, the hopper stops.
3. Failure cause and corrective measure
The following describes the causes of and corrective measures against typical troubles.

the 3P receptacle (CN SH)
of the “FF/FM503H” main
unit correctly.
Fuse is blown. Replace the fuse.
