Remove Stop Ring on
Holder Clamp.

and Spring, then fix on jig.

Loosen Nose Nut Assy by
spanner.

Remove Bit Holder Assy.

Remove Taper Ring

Put Grease on Gears inside of
Gear Case.

Assemble Gears.

Insert Gear Assy into Gear Case.

Assembly of bit holder
Insert Slide Ring into Bit
Holder. Taper part of Slide
Ring must be bit side of Bit
Holder.
Direction to loosen.
Attach on the upper groove for DLV7100 series
Chamfered side
to be upper side.
Attach on the bottom groove for DLV8100 series.
