CARE AFTER INSTALLATION

• NEVER attempt to disassemble or readjust the

Friction clutch (O.L.P.) ! The Friction clutch will
malfunction when it is incorrectly adjusted.

Friction clutch (O.L.P.)

The hoist is equipped with a friction clutch mechanism, which will slip and cause the motor to run idle
when the hoist is overloaded. The friction clutch is adjusted before the hoist leaves the factory, and will
normally not require further adjusting.

Emergency stop device

During an emergency, depress the mushroom shaped Emergency stop button (the topmost button on
the pendant push button switch) to immediately stop the hoist and trolley. When depressed the Emer-
gency stop button will automatically lock and cut off the electricity. After the emergency, the Emergen-
cy stop button can be reset to its normal position by turning it.
