Excising DNA bands
Removing the filter shield from the door
Remove the filter shield from the door and turn it
around. The magnets should be facing you.
Adding the filter shield to the cutting position
Attach the filter shield to the magnets inside the
box.
Excise the DNA band
Turn on the transilluminator. Now look through the
filter shield and excise the DNA band using a scalpel
or our FastGene
®
