Warming up milk
1. Insert the mains plug into the socket and make sure that the knob is set to OFF.
2. Insert the bottle without a lid and without the screw ring and teat into the baby food warmer.
3. Fill the baby food warmer with water up to the height of the milk in the bottle. With a lot
of milk, the water can be filled up to a maximum of 1 cm below the top edge of the baby
food warmer. The correct water level ensures it heats up properly.
4. Turn the knob to the “Warm up milk” display. The baby food warmer now starts to warm
up the milk.
5. The power light comes on when a setting is selected, i.e. the baby food warmer is in
operation. The power light comes on while the water is being heated and goes off automati-
cally when the water has reached the target temperature of the chosen setting.
6. The speed at which the milk is heated depends on the volume of milk and on its initial
temperature (e.g. room temperature approx. 20 °C or fridge temperature approx. 5 °C), as
well as on the material and wall strength of the bottle.
Please use the following
reference table
for heating to approx. 37°C:
NOTE! If the bottle stays in the baby food warmer for longer than the time stated in the referen-
ce table, the milk can overheat. This can result in essential nutrients and vitamins being lost.
7. Please check the milk‘s temperature after the time stated in the reference table has passed.
The ideal drinking temperature for babies is 37°C.
ATTENTION!
Keep your hands away from the hot water in the baby food warmer. Do not
reposition or move the baby food warmer when it is heating up or filled with hot water. Please
note that hot water can cause scalding.
8. Turn the knob directly to the OFF position and remove the mains plug from the socket. If
you do not turn the knob to the OFF position, the water will continue to heat and will reach a
very high temperature.
9. Before you feed the baby, shake the baby bottle carefully and always check the temperature
to avoid scalding (to do so, place a few drops on the inside of your wrist).
NOTE! The stated heating times are based on the nip wide neck and the nip first moments PP
bottles. Please note that the heating times of other PP or glass bottles can vary from these de-
tails. The properties of bottles, such as their material or wall strength, can influence the heating
times so that heating a larger volume of milk can vary from the values stated.

6. Stir the food several times during the heating process in order to ensure that it is heated
consistently.
7. After the desired temperature has been reached, you should remove the food.

spoon before you feed the baby to avoid scalding!
