NIMO Sink Unit
Installation
• Place the sink unit at its intended position.
• Adjust the adjustable feet to make the sink
unit level. Use a hex key.
• Fit mixer tap, if any, on the sink.
• Mark on the wall where the holes for the
wall attachments are located and fix the
sink unit.
• Fit drain kit.
• Remove protective plastic from sink top.
Care advice
• Stainless steel surfaces should be wiped after each use. Use a sponge or dishcloth, and if necessary
a small amount of detergent. Wipe off afterwards.
• Discolouration of the stainless steel surface may occur if items with a ferrous metal content such as
steel wool, nail, grit and dirt are left on the damp surface.
• In some local authority areas water and private wells can also cause rustcoloured stains. Stains that
are rustcoloured do not come from the stainless material but from the foreign material.
• Hard water can cause stains that are grey in colour. These stains are best removed with a limescale
remover.
• Take care with hard, sharp objects,acids and aggressive substances. Do not scrape with a knife, and
preferably also avoid using steel wool to remove dirt.
• Dull areas can be made shiny with polishing agents for chromium, such as Autosol. Rinse and wipe
dry carefully afterwards.
NB: The warranty is not valid if the sink
unit is not attached to a wall.
