5.3 Bottom roller
5.3.1 Removal
Right-hand side

Disconnect the power supply.

Loosen the tension in the large spring
(9).

Remove the mount with the microswitches (1). Detach two screws.

Remove the pin

with lock washer holding the lifting hook
(3).

Remove the casing (4) with the circlip (5).

Remove the circlip
(6)
and pull out the release wheel
(7).
Use a puller. Take
care to ensure that the flat key is not lost.

Detach the nuts and remove the bearing housing
(8) .
First remove side guard and cover as described in chapter 4, the cloth roller as described in section
5.1.1 and the rear roller as described in section 5.2.1.
