Note: After fi xing the three screws of the rear lens-G chamber, if a shift length is different from the results
of the chart shooting, repeat the procedure from

Turn each power of the monitor, LINE GENERATOR, and MEGALIGHT 100 to OFF. Remove the lens

from the equipment (for periphery).

Then go back to “(3) Chart shooting of the rear lens group alignment” and repeat the procedure (3) and (4)
until the result becomes "END".
