C.1 Controls and Indicators
1. On/off light - Glows green when the broiler is on.
2. Main on/off switch - Turns the power to the broiler on
and off.
3. Temperature Control (P/N 19076) - Helps keep the
broiler temperature stable when the broiler is under
heavy load.
4. Multi product control - Lets you have multiple product
recipes preprogrammed.

5. Lock out light - Notifies the operator that the broiler
has failed to light 3 times and is now in “Lock Out”
mode. The broiler can be cycled on and off to reset.

1. Belt reverse button - Press and hold this button to
reverse the direction of the belt to help free a belt
jam.
2. Shaft cleaning tool. Use this tool on the drive and
idler shafts to scrape them clean.
