Switch the hair dryer off, unplug from the mains, allow
to cool fully, and discharge any residual charge by
pressing the On switch to the On position, before
returning to Off.

Wipe over the casing using a soft damp cloth (if
necessary a very small amount of washing up liquid may
be used on the outer case only).
DO NOT
immerse the
unit in water or any liquid.

DO NOT
use any harsh abrasives or cleaners as these
will damage the appliance.

Your hair dryer is fitter with a grille filter to prevent hair,
dust or fluff from getting inside your hair dryer. It
MUST
be kept clean or your hair dryer is at risk of overheating.
If your hair dryer overheats, it will stop working until the
safety device has cooled and reset itself.
To open the mesh grille, press the top of the grille and
pull away from the body of the hair dryer. Regularly
clean the mesh with a soft brush.
NEVER ATTEMPT TO CLEAN THE GRILLE BY INSERTING
AN IMPLEMENT

After cleaning, close the grill. Do not operate the hair
dryer unless the grille is fitted.
If you have long hair or use large amounts of styling
products, clean the grille regularly i.e. once a month

Your hair dryer will stop working if it has overheated. This
may be due to hair, dust or fluff blocking the grille.
