If you are creating a regular user with limited access to cameras, deselect the checkboxes by 
the cameras to deny the user access�

3-5-17� Settings - User-Login / Logout

Login
3�  Login required to view live streaming:

 If selected, users will be required to enter his/her 

credentials before displaying a live view� If not selected, the NVR displays live view first� Login 
will be required when performing specific tasks, such as entering the 

Settings

 page� 

 
Auto Logout should also be enabled when the NVR will be left unattended for an extended 
period of time� Default is 10 minutes� 
 
Camera views will be available for users according to their privilege settings as designated in 
the User account configuration� Some camera views will be available for some users, while 
others are not� 

4�  Move authorized cameras to the beginning of live view (regular users only):

 For users who 

have access to specific cameras only, it will be required to enter credentials before viewing a 
live view�

Logout
5�  Enable auto logout:

 By default, a user is logged out automatically after being idle for 10 

minutes� If not selected, the NVR will not log out automatically� A user can only log out 
manually�
