NI RMC-8355 User Manual

Security Settings

The AMI BIOS provides a Supervisor and User password. If you use both 
passwords, you must set the Supervisor password first.

Supervisor Password

This item indicates whether a supervisor password has been entered for the 
system. 

Not Installed

 means a supervisor password has not been used.

User Password

This item indicates whether a user password has been entered for the 
system. 

Not Installed

 means that a user password has not been used.

Change Supervisor Password

Select this feature and press <Enter> to access the 

Security

 menu, and then 

enter a new supervisor password.
