Sending and reading SMS Sending SMS: From the main screen, choose Menu > Messaging
> Write message
and write your message. Insert the receiver number on the upper part of
the screen, or add a contact with the dedicated key. Once added the recipients, confirm the
sending with the right selection key, or selecting the send icon.
Read SMS:
when you receive a new text message, the phone displays an envelope icon on
the top bar (as long as the message is unread). You can open from the notification bar (as
previously described) or by the Messaging menu, selecting the unread thread.
Connecting with Wi-Fi: You can connect to the WLAN using Wi-Fi option. To activate it,
from the main menu choose Settings > Wi-Fi. Please follow all warnings and indications
concerning the use of wireless devices in areas where the use of such functions is restricted
(airplanes, hospitals, etc.). Go offline mode when you have to use only the functions that
do not require Network access.
Connecting with SIM data connection: you can also browse on Internet by SIM card data
connection. Before to start please check that the right APN is set from Settings > More... >
Mobile networks > Access Point Names , and that data connection is active from the same
menu Mobile Networks > Data connection, or from Settings > SIM management > Data
connection .
Bluetooth: On Settings > Bluetooth you can turn on Bluetooth and search for other devices
(headsets, phones…). Select the dev ice you would like to associate with and confirm it on
both devices.
Camera: open camera from Multimedia > Camera (or keeping pressed for few seconds the
0 key) . Take the picture by pressing the central key OK . With Options (LSK) you can access to
several camera settings and you can switch to Camcorder .
FM radio: NGM Facile Chat has an internal radio antenna so that no headset is needed to
listen to the radio. To power ON/OFF the Radio, access FM Radio from the Multimedia
menu
