You may need to do the following simple checking and settings on
your TV with HDMI ARC or Optical connection:
1.
When the TV and the soundbar are connected via an HDMI cable, enable the Control
for HDMI function or the eARC/ARC function on the TV. For details on the TV’s settings,
refer to the operating instructions supplied with the TV.
2.
Check the sound setting of the TV. When the TV is set to output the sound from the
TV
speakers, change the setting to output the sound from the external speakers.
3. Set t
he audio format on your TV
to
PCM 2 channel (not Dolby).
• Without the above mentioned checking and settings, you may get no
sound from your soundbar via HDMI or Optical connection.

No TV sound is output from the soundbar.
• Press INPUT on the remote control of the soundbar repeatedly to select
the connected input.
• Disconnect the cables that are connected between the TV and the
soundbar, then connect them firmly again. Disconnect the AC power
cords of the TV and the soundbar from the AC outlets (mains), then
connect them again.
• When the TV and the soundbar are connected via an HDMI cable or
optical cable, do the checking and settings as mentioned in chapter .
The TV remote control does not work.
• When the soundbar speaker obstructs the remote control sensor of the
TV, the TV remote control may not work. In that case, relocate the
soundbar and/or your TV.
