To select a Talkgroup from your Talkgroup list:
Receiving a Group Call
When you receive a Group call, you will hear a chirp. Your Nextel
phone automatically switches to Group mode and the Talkgroup name
displays. To join a Group call:
NOTE: You can receive Group calls only in the Talkgroups that you
have predefined.

From Group mode, your most recently used Talkgroup displays,
for example, “Talkgrp 10”.

To place a call to this Talkgroup, press and hold the PTT button.

Wait for the chirp, then speak into the microphone.

To listen, release the PTT button.

s
to scroll to the desired Talkgroup name.

Press and hold the PTT button to talk now, or press “OK” to
select the Talkgroup.

Wait for the caller to finish speaking.

Press and hold the Push-To-Talk button to talk. Release the
Push-To-Talk button to listen.
