7 recording sampling rate: user can set the sampling rate of recorded file. The higher the sampling rate, the
better recording quality will gain. The lower the sampling rate, the more common quality will gain with longer
recording duration. There are total 7 sampling rate available: 8KHz, 11KHz, 16KHz, 22KHz, 32KHz, 44KHz
and 48KHz.
