Appendix C: Purchasing Skype Credit

In order to use the SkypeOut service, which lets you call any phone number in the world
from your computer, you first have to purchase Skype Credit. This is done on the Skype
Web site.

1. Open your Internet browser and type

http://www.skype.com

into your

address bar. Then press your

Enter

key. This brings you to the Skype home

page.

2. Scroll down the page. On the left side, you will see a button that says

Buy

Skype Credit
