Q6: Why does my resolution drop to 1440p while
using the zoom function on the webcam?
A: This webcam is not able to maintain the
combination of 4k resolution and/or the built-in
zoom function. For 4k resolution, no built-in zoom
functions will be able to be used. The built-in zoom
is only usable at 1440p resolution, if you try to use
the zoom function while in 4k resolution, the zoom
will not function.
Step 3. Open/close the
cover as needed.
