Mount your phone, or it won’t work!
Nexar must be fixed in place for its sensors to
accurately analyze objects ahead, collisions, and more.
You can let Nexar automatically detect when you
start driving and begin recording on its own.
On iPhone
- Go to your iPhone’s settings, tap Nexar,
set Location to ‘Always’. Then go to the settings screen
inside the app and turn on ‘Auto start drive’.
On Android
- Go to Nexar’s settings menu in the app,
and make sure ‘Auto start rides’ is on. Also, make sure
your phone’s GPS is on.
Make sure the camera and your phone are plugged in
and charging at all times.
This will ensure that they capture all evidence, just in case.
