Reading 2D Barcode 

Adjust the scan angle and the distance between the terminal and the target barcode to make them fall into the following 

ranges: 

A. 

Point the terminal

’s focus lamp at the center of the barcode.

 

B. 

Optimum scan distances: 5-20cm.

 

 

 

 

 

 

C. 

Optimum scan angles:

 

 

Pitch (α)< 45° (0° preferably) 

 

Skew (γ)< 45° (5°- 20° preferably) 

 

Roll (β)= 0° - 360°
