Interface Circuit for Sleep LED
PWRDWN signal is the sleep LED when the engine enters sleeping mode. When the engine is under work, PWRDWN outputs low
level and LED D3 will not light; when the engine enters sleeping mode, PWRDWN outputs high level and the LED D3 lights.
