Q1: How to know the free warranty period if owner cannot provide the warranty card or relative document?
A1: We offer two conditions below for recognition of warranty period to insure customer’s rights:
a. Keep the receipt of buying this product for proof.
b. Add 3 months from the shipping month as the beginning month of warranty period.
(E.g. if the shipping month is in January 2010, the warranty period is to April 2011.
Q2: What kind of condition that service charge is needed?
A2: The list below is the condition of service charge:
1. Warranty is expired.
2. Cannot provide the warranty card or relative document.
3. Cannot recognize the serial number and bar code on the device due to the sticker of serial number and
barcode has been damaged.
4. Natural disaster or improper use.
5. Use unauthorized power, drop the device, place in the water, insert the object that is not the device’s parts,
dismantle or modify the device without the authorization, or use unauthorized parts or expendable.
