Suggestions for the guardianship of the battery
The life of a rechargeable battery, is tied up to the number of cycles of
recharge/discharge to which it is submitted and to how these cycles are effected.
Here below we furnish some suggestions to increase the life of the battery:
1.
in the case the Pocket is not used frequently
, load the battery at least once
a month.
To prolong the life of the battery We recommend to reload only when
the symbol of unloaded battery flashes.
We recommend to work connected to the
electric net when it is possible in order not to submit the battery to the cycles of
descharge/recharge not necessary.

- S u b s t i t u t i o n o f t h e b a t t e r y
The index of exhaustion of the battery is the duration after a complete cycle of
recharge. When the battery lasts less than an hour or it doesn't allow to finish a
program it must be replaced with a new one. For the substitution of the battery
address to a Center of Assistance New Age Italia, where the battery can be replaced
maintaining the safety of the instrument and where are able to digest the exhausted
battery.
Never reverse the polarity of the connections of the battery, punishment the
destruction of the electronic circuits.

(1) Do not to throw the exhausted battery with the ordinary wastes, but deliver it to
authorized personal to its disposal.
(2) Do not to open neither to throw in the fire the battery.
(3) Do not to short-circuit the terminals.
(4) avoid to provoke sparks or flames, above or around the battery.
(5) in the case the inside electrolyte comes in contact with the skin, or with the
cloths, wash immediately with water.
(6) in the case the inside electrolyte comes in contact with the eyes,wash abundantly
and consult immediately a physician.
