FEEDBACK OR WHISTLING

Feedback can occur due to an improper fi t. The Soft Tips which are on the end
of the “Elbow” are designed to conform to fi t most ear canals. We have provided
you with an assortment of sizes to customize your fi t.
•
Make sure that the Soft Tip, at the end of the rigid “Elbow”, is fully inserted
inside the ear canal, seated properly, and free of debris and ear wax.
•
If your unit sits too high on your ear, you may experience feedback due to
amplifi ed sound escaping and re-amplifying through the unit. This can be easily
recti fi ed with a longer Sound Tube which will allow your unit to sit lower behind
your ear. We have provided a longer tube to customize your fi t.
•

NO SOUND COMING FROM THE UNIT
•
Make sure the unit is turned on by spinning the Volume Wheel up to #4.
•
Make sure the Power Pack is charged. If in doubt put Power Pack in Charging

•
Visually Inspect that the Sound Tube and Soft Tip are clean. Use your cleaning
tool if needed.
•
Check to ensure the Microphone Screen is clean.
