Zones
Navigate to: IP Utilities>Zones
The Zones feature enables groups of speakers to be setup and receive multicast
audio.
To configure a speaker zone:
1.
Enter the name of the zone and select a priority level for the zone
2.
Enter the multicast IP address you want to use.
(Note! The network must be configured to support multicast IP. Where inter
VLAN routing is necessary IGMP routing may be required)
3.
Click
ADD NEW
Adding speakers to a zone:
1.
Select the zone from the dropdown list and click
EDIT
2.
Enter the IP address, name and password (leave blank for default value
’netgenium’)
3.
Click
Add New
