Make sure your canvas is installed according to the directions here:

my.meural.netgear.com/setup

1. Clean the wall

2. Measure and mark

Disconnect the power cable and remove the canvas from the wall.
We recommend at least 4 inches between the wall mount and the
top of the cable cover.

At least 4 inches.
