V300 VoIP Telephone Adaptor/Router

Scenario 2:

A user is on a VoIP call and receives an incoming call from the PSTN network.

In this scenario you are using your VoIP service to speak with another person. During the

call you receive another call from a PSTN service. To answer the incoming call you must

disconnect (hang up) your current call at which point your phone will ring for the incoming

call.

Scenario 3:

A user is on a PSTN call and receives another call from the VoIP network.

In this scenario you are using your PSTN service to speak with a person on another PSTN

phone. During the call you receive an incoming call from another VoIP phone. You will not

be notiﬁed of the incoming call and the caller will receive an engaged signal.
