4.3.3 Quality of Service tab
The Quality of Service tab gives you the capability to prioritise particular applications within your network.
There are three modes of QoS allowed by the HomePlug AV Utility.
Online Game/Internet
– Prioritizes data streaming.
Audio or Video
- Prioritizes data streaming multimedia streaming .
Voice over IP
- Prioritizes voice applications
QoS is not enabled by default. To enable QoS:
1.
Open the
HomePlug AV Utility
.
2.
Click on the
Quality of Service tab
.
3.
Select
Enable QoS.
4.
Select a QoS mode.
5.
Click
Apply
.
