WorldPhone Liberator – Chapter 4. Telefax Service

3.1

General

The WorldPhone Liberator terminal provides access to a telefax
service at a transmisson rate of 2.4 Kbps.

Limitations

The WorldPhone Liberator is fully compatible with the world’s leading
telefax machines and telefax software standards. However, transmis-
sion may not be possible through some of the telefax machines
available on the market. Please check with your Net service provider
before purchasing a telefax for use with the WorldPhone.

Installation

Connect the telefax cable to the

FAX

port on the WorldPhone Liberator

connector panel.

Verify that the FAX port is configured for telefax service, see
