character set as specified by command Select TE Character Set +CSCS
+CPBR: (list of supported <index>s),[<nlength>],[<tlength>]
<nlength>: Integer type value, indicating the maximum length of field <number>
<tlength>: Integer type value indicating the maximum length of field <text>
<hidden>: Indicates if the entry is hidden or not
0: phonebook entry, not hidden
1: phonebook entry, hidden
